Madyl LLC has been a family-run business since 1984. We are the original and sole manufacturer of the patented Micawash #15 and currently distribute to multiple locations in the United States and Canada.
While it is a multi-use product, Micawash #15 is especially effective in the Aluminum and Zinc industries. Recently, it has been extremely effective in protecting and coating 3-D laser printing tables.
Micawash #15
Micawash #15 is the finest water-based refractory coating use to prevent contact between low melting alloys and their containers, including crucibles, pots, furnaces, ladles, skimmers, runners and dies.
Contact protection is essential to prevent contamination of the molten alloys by the container and to prevent damage to the container, which is soluble to some extent.
